Erika Spampinato is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with 8 years of clinical experience, licensed to practice in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

Through Therapy Unlimited’s mobile outpatient program, Erika brings physical therapy directly into patients’ homes — meeting each person exactly where they are, both physically and in their recovery. Some of her patients are active adults working toward a race, a lift, or simply moving through their day without pain. Others are navigating more serious mobility challenges — recovering from surgery, managing complex health conditions, or unable to get to a clinic at all. Wherever a patient is starting from, Erika’s goal is the same: to encourage and uplift them toward what’s possible next, without judgment about what they can or can’t do today.

Erika lives locally in Brandon, SD, with her husband, Mike, their son, Everett, two dogs, Panda and Ranger, and a cat named Frida. As a new mom herself, she understands firsthand how much life can change in a short amount of time — physically, emotionally, and everything in between — and she brings that same patience and understanding to every patient’s unique journey, whatever changes brought them to her door.
